I bought a New E-Bike
Found out that this Bike is Illegal to Buy, Sell in California says CHP.
California Ready. Class 2 500w x 750w Peek, 20 mph max 40 mil range Direct Drive. = All good but No Decal saying class type, Wattage, Max Speed o place not even in the documentation.
So They claim, But when I got it there is nothing to show what Class the bike is, No UL Number, No Bike Tag showing nothing.
Called Walmart to return the item but received no reply due to all the missing legal documentation needed for the bike.
Walmart website Says 90 day return but the store will not accept it. They want me to pay to have it shipped back to china.
Will wait for the class action suite to start.
So I am Out $309.00 I got off easy says a lot of people in the same boat as I am in.
