Good Times Never Last.

While working for CREngland OTR I was making a lot of good money sometimes over $1000.00 a week clear. I was looking forward to paying off the house and having something to retire on.
While I was doing this my Brother, Step Dad, And My Mom was living at my house, it made it easier for them financially and intern my house will be secure. I had two weeks’ vacation time coming so I requested my vacation time off at home and they complied. I was having some eye trouble so I wanted to have it looked at, CREngland is a self insured company so as soon as I made the doctors appoint I was terminated reason given insubordination.
But again they give that as a reason every time they let go a driver. Their loss.

But that's ok I had saved up most of what I earned. Then tragedy happen my step dad had a stroke so for the next 5 years my mom and I became his caregiver until his death. Ronald A Rey. May he rest in peace? A friend and a adviser and a dad and grand dad to many.

Shortly after my mom at the age of 67 became ill and I became her 24/7 caregiver for the next 4 years. Helping her through her nightly seizures. cooking, cleaning, transporting to and from doctors ect.. Until she passed on at the age of 82 Jan 15 2020,

While taking care of them as a caregiver I received no pay of any kind. Nothing was being added to my Social Security. No medical insurance. all while doing the caregiver gig I lost my home and all my savings trying to do what is right for my Stepdad and mom with out any help from any family members at any time..

Feb 2020 - Now living with my 61 year old brother at his house, I have been off the road and work for 15 years now and now at the age of 67 to old to return to driving, and in failing health I had no choice but to file for my Social Security and I am now receiving just $900.00 per month.

On top of all that i get hit with a dam stroke on July 15 2020 2:40am.
I am now qualified for Med-Cal Insurance. So I joined with IEHP and then the fun began. It’s
funny how different they treat you when you have you own insurance compared to state paid
insurance. You get treated as a lowest forms of life by many the medical field.
