MediCal closed me out by sending my Madi-Cal mail to my dead mothers address and not to me, This is a Deliberate intent in order to stop me from collecting any Benefits In California. They to need the money to support the illegal population that is growing. they will not answer any emails, US Mail, Phone calls. I am not the only one they are doing this to.
